Discount Medical - 14th Street

Discount Medical‘s new location on 14th St. is amazing. It’s huge, has a surplus of medical supplies, devices, chairs, and equipment. It’s easy to get to from the freeway or the hospital, and the staff that work there are so knowledgeable, caring and patient.I am so happy this store is in the downtown area. Thank you to everyone who works there and helps the people who come in.

When my family from out of state unexpectedly had to be hospitalized we were relieved to find medical supplies so close to Riverside Community Hospital. The staff here were so understanding, patient & supportive in setting us up with our needs for traveling back. Thank you so much for making a tough situation easier. You guys are awesome & so is your store

I had a bad experience with a temporary employee that left me disappointed with this store because of how I was treated. George Larios, the owner of read it and contacted me to make this right. I took in my walker and he fixed it plus gave me new seat covers and front bar covers. I should have tried to contact him the same day I was mistreated. All is fine now. George is a hell of a nice guy and if anyone is out of line, call him. He should know and he will make it right.

Out looking for a back brace (posture corrector), I was unable to find the type I had in mind, but I did find one of the best employees I've encountered in any store that I've visited recently. Haley is special! Friendly, sincerely helpful, happily took the time with me. I left Discount Medical without a purchase, but in a very good and positive mood about this particular store because of Haley. I was brought up being told that I'll go to a store the first time for various reasons, but I'm most apt to return because of the way I'm treated there. Because of Haley, in the future when I need medical supplies, I'll return to Discount Medical. She made that much of an impression on me!

Michael was very efficient and timely. He came in and set up within an hour of me calling. He was earlier than scheduled for pick-up, which was great. I highly recommend using them for medical equipment rental.

When I initially went in, I thought a wheelchair could do the job to take to Disneyland but George, the main owner convinced me that my girlfriend and I would have a better time if I were to rent this electric scooter! And he was right! I was very impressed with the quality of the scooter! It was very easy to assemble and take apart which made me say yes right away! The price for renting for the day, was the cherry on top! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to rent or buy an electric scooter. I received excellent service from everyone in the store. They took the time to answer every single one of my questions and helped me to load the scooter into my car. I would definitely rank this place 5 stars + and would come back again! Thank you for making my trip to Disneyland fun and safe!

I rented a scooter for my father to go to a baseball game . Staff was polite and kind. Paper work was fast and smooth process . Equipment was clean and working well .
